I am having problems resetting my password

If you can't remember your password, from the login screen, click the forgotten password link.

Enter the email address you use to access the store.

If we have the email on record, we'll send you an email with a link in. Click the link to complete the password reset process. 

The link is only valid for 24 hours. If it has expired, you can request a new link following the steps above.
