Opening a ticket without logging in
1. Go to the following URL
http://ww2.absglobal.com/internal-support-tickets
At this URL you will be able to open a ticket without logging in
2. In the email field. Make sure to enter your own email address.
Example: jane@genusplc.com

Opening a ticket within the Support Portal
1. Go to the following URL
2. Click on Open a Support Request
You can also open a support request from this portal by clicking "Open a Support Request"

3. Status/Progress of your requests
In order to see your own requests and check the status/progress on them click "My Requests"

4. Click on the ticket number

5. You will see your ticket and all the progress on that particular ticket
