Creating Gated Article Pages

  

Creating a form:

  1. Log in to your HubSpot account.
  2. Navigate to "Marketing" and click on "Lead Capture" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click on "Forms" and then "Create form."
  4. Choose the type of form you want to create, such as a lead generation form.
  5. Add the necessary fields, such as email and name. You can also add other fields to capture additional information from visitors.
  6. Customize the form to match your brand's style and design.
  7. Save the form.

Creating an article page and adding custom slugs:

  1. Navigate to "Marketing" and click on "Website" from the dropdown menu.
  2. Click on "Landing pages" and then "Create Landing page."
  3. Choose a template or create your own design.
  4. Add the content that you want your visitor to see.
  5. Customize the article page to match your brand's style and design.
  6. Click on the "Settings" tab of the page editor.
  7. Scroll down to the "Advanced Options" section and click on "Page URL."
  8. Add your desired slug to the "Page URL" field to make your URL more SEO-friendly.
  9. Click on "Save" to apply the changes.
  10. Click on the "Advanced Options" dropdown and select "Head HTML."
  11. Add the following custom code to the head of each article page to ensure that the pages are not indexed, not followed and then save the article.

Creating a landing page and adding custom slugs

  1. Navigate to "Marketing" and click on "Website" from the dropdown menu.
  2. Click on "Landing pages" and then "Create landing page."
  3. Choose the theme "ABS_Global_2023" from the "Select a Theme" dropdown menu.
  4. Choose the "Landing page 2022" template from the "Select a Template" dropdown menu.
  5. Add a header and footer to the page.
  6. Write a clear and concise message that tells visitors why they are on the page.
  7. Add the form you created earlier to the landing page.
  8. Customize the landing page to match your brand's style and design.
  9. Click on the "Settings" tab of the page editor.
  10. Scroll down to the "Advanced Options" section and click on "Page URL."
  11. Add your desired slug to the "Page URL" field to make your URL more SEO-friendly.
  12. Click on "Save" to apply the changes.
